Keith Rader

Owner

Keith has a background in sports, including a bachelor’s degree in Sport Management from Arkansas State University and an MSEd in Sport Studies from Southern Illinois University. He is a contributing author at Baseball Prospectus and will be happy to talk about your team’s farm system all day. He has been remodeling homes since his junior year of college. Keith enjoys making things with his hands, and he loves creating spaces that you and your family will enjoy for years to come.

Kate Stark

Kate has a background in project management, journalism, and web design, and a love for cozy spaces. One of her favorite past-times as a kid was rearranging her bedroom, and she still enjoys finding ways to reinvent spaces today, whether that’s through remodeling or a trip to Target. As our office manager, Kate handles scheduling and the website. As Keith’s fiancé, she’s responsible for getting him out the door and the pups fed each morning.

Mookie

Mookie has worked hard his whole life to ensure his hoomans are the happiest they can possibly be. He takes this job very seriously, but that’s pretty much the only thing he takes seriously. He always has a smile on, and is excited to meet every person on earth— except the mailman, he hates that guy.

Tallulah

Pawject manager

Tallulah has a discerning eye and is always eager to share her opinions, if not her snacks. She enjoys working from home snuggled under a blanket, playing in the snow, and a good run with a friend. As our Pawject Manager, Tallulah checks up on all projects via the sniffs at the end of every day.
